The constant drilling at 8 in the morning was utterly disruptive!!! A non-smoking room shouldn’t come with an ash tray, it's quite baffling!!! persistent requests for high ratings felt unprofessional!!!

The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. My room was spacious and clean, and the brekkie was a lekker buffet. The spa, especially the steam room, was just what I needed after a long day!
Didn’t find alternative milk options for my coffee at breakfast, which was a bit of a bummer.
